Distance Sales Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to sell the products or services ("Product/Service") presented on the Website to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase these Product/Services.

2. Product/Service Information

The type, quantity, price, delivery method, and other information of the Product/Services are clearly stated on the Website.

3. Price and Payment

The price of the Product/Services is as specified on the Website. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered on the Website.

4. Delivery

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product/Services to the Buyer within the specified period stated on the Website.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 7 (seven) days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written notification to the Seller at [contact information].

6. Consequences of the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

8. Effectiveness
