Delivery and Refund Policy
1. Delivery Terms
The products and services offered through Kladim Enterprise Cloud Backup ("Kladim") operate entirely on a digital (SaaS) infrastructure.
- Once your purchase or subscription is successfully completed, your cloud backup service is activated instantly.
- Following payment confirmation, the user can log into their Kladim account and immediately begin using the server or SQL backup services.
- Unless there is a system outage or a force majeure event (EULA Article 9.3), digital delivery usually takes less than 1 minute.
- Since no physical product is shipped, there are no shipping or handling processes involved.
2. Right of Withdrawal Exception and Refund Conditions
The cybersecurity and cloud backup services provided by Kladim fall under the category of digital services fulfilled instantly in an electronic environment.
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with distance contract regulations regarding digital goods; once the user requests the immediate performance of the service and starts using it, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
- Refund Policy: Because the service is a digital product consumed instantly and server resources (such as Zero-Knowledge encryption infrastructure) are allocated immediately, no refunds are issued, reserving mandatory legal exceptions or cases of clear service defects.
- Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel the automatic renewal of their subscriptions at any time. In this case, service usage continues until the end of the paid billing cycle (Monthly or Annually), but no partial refunds are issued for the remaining time of the period.
3. Trial (Demo) Version
Trial versions may be offered from time to time to allow our users to test the service. If the user does not upgrade to a paid enterprise plan at the end of the trial period, their data is securely and permanently deleted from the system within 30 days.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
A: No. When you cancel your Kladim subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your currently paid billing cycle. At the end of the cycle, your account will not renew and you will not be charged again, but no refunds will be provided for past periods.
Q: I bought the service but never used it, can I get a refund?
A: For digital services, the exception to the right of withdrawal applies because your account and encryption infrastructure (Zero-Knowledge) are created instantly and server resources are allocated. Therefore, as a rule, refunds cannot be provided even if the service has not been actively used.
