Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Delivery terms

Kladim's products and services are entirely digital SaaS services.

• Following a successful purchase or subscription, the service is activated electronically on the account.
• The user can start using the service after payment is confirmed.
• Barring a system outage or force majeure, activation typically takes less than a minute.
• There is no physical product, shipping or freight.

2. Withdrawal and refund terms

Where the user has given prior consent for the service to be performed immediately in electronic form, the withdrawal-right exceptions under applicable law may apply. Mandatory consumer rights arising from a defective service or from the law remain reserved.

The user can cancel automatic renewal; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Partial refunds for an unused period are not issued, except where required by law.

3. Trial accounts

If the trial period ends without upgrading to a paid plan, the user's content is securely deleted within 30 days, subject to the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
