What is Kladim and how does it benefit my business?

Kladim is a professional data protection platform that automatically and autonomously backs up critical enterprise data (SQL databases, company documents, accounting files) to the cloud. it protects your data against hardware failures, cyber attacks, or human errors.

What is the difference between Cloud Storage (Google Drive vs.) and Cloud Backup?

Cloud storage services synchronize your files; meaning if a file is deleted from your computer, it is also deleted from the cloud. Kladim, however, is a professional backup service. Even if your files are deleted or encrypted by a virus, Kladim securely stores clean, immutable versions from previous dates.

Which systems and files can I back up?

With Kladim, you can back up Microsoft SQL Server databases, commercial software files, office documents, images, videos, and all specific files located on your system.

Does the backup process affect my system performance?

No. Kladim app runs autonomously in the background with micro-resource consumption. You can schedule backup processes for times when your system is not busy, ensuring your operations are never slowed down.

Security & Ransomware Protection

Will my backups be deleted if a Ransomware infects my server?

Absolutely not. Kladim stores backups in an "Immutable" (Unalterable and Undeletable) infrastructure. Even if ransomware infects your server and encrypts all your files, the virus cannot access your backups in the cloud. You can restore your data instantly from a clean state.

Where is the enterprise cloud backup data stored?

All your data is stored encrypted in our Tier-3 certified data centers located within Turkey, in compliance with international security standards. Your data remains secure within our local cloud infrastructure.

Is my data encrypted during transfer and storage?

Yes. Your data is encrypted with the AES-256 bit algorithm (banking standards) before leaving your computer and transferred via SSL tunnels. No one (including Kladim engineers) can access your data without your authorization.

Is Kladim KVKK and GDPR compliant?

Yes. Since all our servers are located in secure zones and data is end-to-end encrypted and anonymized, it is 100% compliant with data protection standards.

Installation & Usage

Do I need advanced technical knowledge for installation?

No. Kladim is designed with the end-user in mind. It works on a "Set and Forget" principle. Simply log into your panel and select the files/databases to be backed up. The system handles all remaining processes automatically.

How do I restore a deleted file or database?

By logging into your Kladim panel, you can select the desired date and file from the 'Restore' tab and download it to your device or restore it directly to its original location with one click.

Can I manage multiple servers or devices from a single account?

Yes. Kladim's central management panel allows you to monitor all servers and computers in your branches from a single screen and assign backup rules.

What happens to the backup process if the internet is disconnected?

Kladim detects the disconnection and pauses the process. Once the connection is restored, it continues the backup exactly from the point it left off, without starting over.

Are there any limitations in the 30-Day Demo version?

No. No credit card is required during the 30-day free trial. You can test all premium features and SQL backup functions without any restrictions.

Is my data deleted immediately when the demo expires?

No. After your demo ends, your files are kept in a secure area for an additional 15 days for data safety. During this time, you can upgrade to a paid plan and continue from where you left off.

What happens if my storage space is full?

The system warns you via email and the panel when your space is nearing capacity. You can delete old backup rotations or upgrade to a higher capacity plan with one click. Your backups are never abruptly stopped.
